When you can’t go outside, go inside.

Meditation has helped me to prevent squabbles with my family.

Hi friends.. we made history with Covid! This is a story of how I survived the fucking pandemic!

Covid-19 Hit the shores of Singapore and jolted the country into lockdown state. What is a country lockdown? It is sticking your asses right inside at home, you can’t go out unless it is for essential activities like grocery shopping or seeking medical help.

Knowing my income would be disrupted by this episode of a shit show, I bit the humility pie, packed up my rental apartment and returned to my folk’s place for affordable living. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) The lockdown has been a blast to the past for me, I feel like a student experiencing school holidays all over again. Just that this time, the holiday stretches on for a little longer… TOO LONG.

Armed with the world at my fingertips — a laptop, a mobile phone and a strong Wi-Fi) and a curious mind, I embarked on a massive self-improvement journey, to be a sponge and learn all the secrets of the world.

Meditation is a good tool to mindful living, exposes you to your inner pleasures, brings to you peace and helps you to enrich your life. I embarked on my journey to meditation by chakra meditation.
